Next Day Express Delivery (Germany-wide)
Order by 2 PM (Monday–Friday) for next-day delivery.
€15 express fee applies. Subject to item availability and location.

Same Day Pick-up (only in Munich)
In Munich? You can collect your outfit same day, based on availability.
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@wearr.com to request express delivery or arrange a pickup. We’ll make it happen.
Want extra peace of mind?
We get it! When it comes to dressing up, peace of mind is everything. That’s why we offer two easy ways to make sure your outfit feels just perfect:
(1) Add a Back-up Rental
At checkout, you can add a second size or style for just €15. Try on both, wear the one that fits best, and return the other.
You’ll only be charged for the dress you actually wear next to the €15 back up service fee.
(2) Book a Try-On Service
Prefer to try ahead of time? Request a try-on via WhatsApp or Email.
- Try up to 3 pieces at home for €30
- Return them within 24 hours
- Get the full €30 credited toward your rental if you book within the month

Rental Information – Oktoberfest 2026
For the Oktoberfest 2026 season (19 September – 4 October), all men’s Trachten rentals are available for showroom pickup or pickup at our pop-up store at The Dean Munich.
Pickup & Return Locations
Wearr Showroom

- Pickup: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Drop-off: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
The Dean Munich – Wearr Pop-Up Store
Landsberger Str. 68, 80339 München, Germany
- Pickup: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Drop-off: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
If you prefer a pickup and return service, this can be arranged for an additional €15.
Please note that your rental period begins on the day you collect your item and ends on the day you return it.

Consult our detailed size guide and fit notes to ensure a flawless fit. Choose the rental period that suits your plans – 4, 8, or 15 days. Add your chosen piece to your bag, select your preferred delivery date, and check out with ease.

RETURN ITEM
When your rental ends, simply place the item in the original packaging, attach the prepaid return label, and drop it off at your nearest DHL location. We’ll handle the cleaning, so you can rent with confidence and return for your next look whenever inspiration strikes.

What if an item does not fit me?
No worries! If something doesn’t fit right, you can return it within 24 hours of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided it is unworn and in original condition.
When will the item arrive?
We’ll ship your item a few days early so it arrives on time— it will usually the day before or on your rental start date. To be safe, we recommend setting your rental start date 2 days before your main event.
What if I damage an item?
Life happens! Minor damages are covered in your rental fee. If there's more serious damage, we’ll assess it fairly and find a solution together. Learn more
