As our Marketing & Brand Experience Intern, you’ll work directly with the founders on content, campaigns, and community and help us go from early product to cult brand.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and Linkedin
• Support content shoots, including styling and behind-the-scenes
• Research and reach out to influencers and stylists
• Brand storytelling through newsletters, blogs, and copywriting
• Track and analyze engagement, trends, and community feedback
  

What we’re looking for:

• Strong visual instinct and feel for aesthetics
• You're on top of fashion & culture trends, and know what performs
• Hands-on skills with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite
• Proactive, structured, and self-managing
• You want to build a brand that stands out and not just follow what’s already out there

• Location: Munich (Hybrid or remote possible)
• Duration: 3–6 months (Pflichtpraktikum preferred)
• Start date: Flexible (ASAP or Q1 2026)

Behind every amazing WEARR moment is great operations. As our Ops & Customer Experience Intern, you’ll help us deliver a premium experience from styling inquiries to last-minute express deliveries.

You’ll work directly with the founders on building the operational engine of a high-touch fashion tech platform.

What you’ll do:

• End-to-end order and delivery coordination (try-ons, backups, express shipping)
• Communication with customers via WhatsApp, email & IG
• Inventory and returns management
• Customer insights & feedback loop
• Help improve and document internal processes
  

What we’re looking for:

• Structured and solutions-driven. You LOVE a well-run system
• Strong communicator with a professional tone
• High attention to detail and accountability
• You like solving real-world problems and delighting customers
• Bonus: fashion interest or previous startup experience

• Location: Munich (Hybrid ideal – some in-person for logistics)
• Duration: 3–6 months (Pflichtpraktikum preferred)
• Start date: Flexible (ASAP or Q1 2026)
