Welcome to Wearr

This website is operated by Wearr UG ("Wearr", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered at the Commercial Register of Munich under number HRB 294915, managed by Büsra Zanner. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform through which we offer our services.

Section 1 — Who Can Use Wearr

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Section 2 — Our Services

Wearr offers two types of services:

  • Rental — You may rent fashion items for a defined rental period. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear.
  • Resale — You may purchase selected items outright.

Specific conditions for each service type (including rental periods, return deadlines, and damage policies) are set out in your order confirmation and our policies pages.

Section 3 — Rental Terms

  • Items are rented for the period specified at the time of booking.
  • You are responsible for the safe return of all rented items by the last day of your rental period. If couriers are closed on Sundays or public holidays, returns are accepted the next working day.
  • Late returns will incur a pro-rata daily fee based on the item's listed rental rate.
  • You are liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, or for loss of the item. We reserve the right to charge the repair or replacement cost to your payment method on file.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where provided.

Section 4 — Pricing and Orders

Prices are shown in EUR and are inclusive of applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors, fraud, or unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Section 5 — Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law. Please note that this right may not apply to rental services once the rental period has commenced, or to sealed items that have been opened.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@wearr.com before the withdrawal deadline. We will process any applicable refund within 14 days of receiving your request.

Section 6 — Returns and Refunds

Rentals

  • More than 5 days before your rental start date — You are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method, provided the item has not been tried on. If the item has been tried on, no refund is possible.
  • Within 5 days of your rental start date — Cancellations are eligible for a refund in the form of store credit only. No cash or card refunds will be issued.
  • After receiving your item — If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving it to be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit. Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Resale

  • Items purchased outright may be returned for a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to request a refund

Contact us at hello@wearr.com or via WhatsApp within the applicable window. Please include your order number and reason for the return. We will process eligible refunds within 14 days of approval.

Section 7 — Your Account

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or placing an order, including your payment details and shipping address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Section 8 — Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Wearr UG. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without our prior written permission.

Section 9 — Third-Party Links and Tools

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Any use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Section 10 — Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you acknowledge our data practices as described there.

Section 11 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by German and EU law, Wearr UG shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Section 12 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 13 — Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany. If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
