Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU).
- Standard Shipping: Complimentary on all rental and resale orders within the EU.
- Express Shipping: Need it sooner? Express shipping is available for an additional fee. Email us at hello@wearr.com with the item link and your preferred size(s), and we'll provide a personalized quote.
Delivery time
- Standard Shipping — Typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location
- Express Shipping — Typically 1–2 business days.
We recommend ordering at least 10 days before your event to allow time for delivery and, if needed, any last-minute adjustments.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns
Returning your rental is simple — a pre-paid return label is included in your package. Just repackage the item and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point by the last day of your rental period.
Important notes
- Returns must be dropped off on the last day of your rental period. If couriers are closed on Sundays or public holidays, you may return the next working day.
- Late returns will incur a pro-rata daily fee based on the item's rental rate. (We recommend checking your item's listing for the daily rate.)
