Can I use store credit toward a purchase?

Yes! Store credit from past rentals, returns, or promotions can be applied to any eligible purchase during checkout .

Can I buy an item I rented?

Absolutely! If you’ve rented a piece and fallen in love with it, you can buy it at a discounted price.

Your rental fee will be fully deducted from the purchase price. Message us on WhatsApp or email us at hello@wearr.com to request a purchase.

Are items new or pre-loved?

Both. Some items are brand new, while others are gently pre-loved from our rental collection.

Every item is professionally cleaned, inspected, and in excellent condition before being shipped.

How does buying work?

You can purchase select items directly from our collection. Just head to our Resale section to see the full selection.

If an item is available to buy, you’ll see the “Buy Now” option displayed below the rental option along with the original RRP so you can see exactly how much you’re saving!

If you’ve already rented an item and want to keep it, simply message us on WhatsApp or email us at hello@wearr.com — we’ll deduct your rental fee from the final purchase price and guide you through checkout.

Delivery & Returns

Can I return purchased items?

Yes — you can return any unworn and tagged item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Return shipping is always free.

Where do you ship purchased items?

We ship purchases across the European Union via our logistics partner DHL.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Cleaning & Hygiene

Are the clothes cleaned between rentals?

Absolutely. Every item is professionally cleaned, disinfected, steamed, and quality-checked before being shipped out for their next rental.

Can I wash the rented item myself?

No need! We handle all professional cleaning to ensure each piece is treated with care. To protect the fabric and extend the life of our garments, we kindly ask that you don’t wash items yourself.

Can I buy an item I’ve rented?

Yes — if you fall in love with a piece, you can make it yours! Many items have a special purchase price listed on their product page, and your rental fee will be deducted from that amount.

To buy an item, just email us at hello@wearr.com — we’ll take care of the rest.

Note: Some limited-edition or seasonal items may not be available for purchase.

How does renting work?

Renting is easy:

  1. Browse the collection
  2. Select your item and rental duration (4, 8, or 15 days)
  3. We’ll ship it freshly cleaned and ready to wear
  4. Return it using the prepaid DHL label

How far in advance should I book an item?

We recommend booking at least 4–5 days in advance, especially for special events.

Need something last-minute? We offer express shipping within Germany for next-day delivery and same-day pickup in Munich — simply message us on WhatsApp or email us at hello@wearr.com.

What rental durations do you offer?

You can rent items for 4, 8, or 15 days.

Need it longer? Message us on WhatsApp or email us at hello@wearr.com — we’re happy to extend your rental for a small daily fee.

Cancellations & Refund

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel up to 72 hours before your delivery date for a full refund. After that, a small cancellation fee may apply.

Delivery & Returns

How can I return my rental?

Easy! Use the prepaid return label included in your package and drop it off at any DHL shop. Be sure to return it on your rental’s end date to avoid late fees.

How do I receive my rental?

We partner with DHL to provide fast, secure delivery across Europe. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

For added convenience, we also offer:

  • In-person pickup in Munich
  • Express next-day delivery within Germany (orders must be placed by 2 PM CET from Monday to Friday, subject to €15 additional fee for shipping)

What happens if I return my rental late?

Timely returns are essential so we can serve all our customers without delays. Please make sure to return your item on the last day of your rental period.

Late returns incur a daily fee based on your rental rate.

We currently ship throughout the European Union.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know my size?

Every product page includes detailed size guides and fit notes. Still unsure? Reach out at hello@wearr.com — our team is happy to help.

You can also order a back up size or style for a small fee of €15 at the checkout or book a try-on service ahead of your event to ensure that you have the perfect look.

What if the item doesn’t fit?

No worries! Please let us know over WhatsApp or via email and return the item unworn within 24 hours of delivery.

You’ll receive:

  • €15 in store credit
  • A refund of the remaining amount to your original payment method

Damage & Safety

What happens if I damage an item?

We get it — accidents happen! 

Minor damages (up to €50 in repair value) are fully covered in your rental. For significant damage, you may be charged up to 80% of the retail price. Don’t worry — this is very rare (less than 0.5% of rentals).

Significant damage includes:

  • Large or permanent stains
  • Rips, tears, or burns
  • Anything that can’t be professionally repaired

Minor wear like small snags, loose threads, or missing buttons is always covered.

Can I lend items temporarily (not permanently)?

Yes! You can lend pieces for a fixed time period and request them back after the agreed lending window.

Do I need to photograph my item to sell or lend?

 No — we handle all product photography in-house once your item is approved.

How do I get started as a lender?

It is very easy! We offer a fully managed lending service — no photos, listings, or messaging required.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Apply to join our community of sellers & lenders
  2. Once approved, ship us your items with our prepaid shipping label
  3. We handle photography, pricing, listing, customer service, and shipping
  4. You simply sit back and receive your earnings

How much can I earn by lending?

You’ll earn 50% of each rental fee, depending on the item and how often it’s booked. We’ll send you monthly or quarterly earnings reports, so you can track your wardrobe’s performance.

Many pieces earn back hundreds of euros through rentals and can still be resold at the same resale value later. It’s an easy, sustainable way to let your wardrobe work for you.

How often can my item be rented?

That depends on the demand and seasonality of your item. Some pieces are rented multiple times per month, especially if they’re versatile or trending, while others may be more event-specific or seasonal.

We’ll promote your piece based on its fit, style, and what our customers are currently loving and keep you updated on its performance.

What does it mean to lend my items?

Lending means you allow us to rent out your designer pieces to our community.

You earn money each time your item is rented while we take care of everything: cleaning, storage, photography, shipping, and customer support.

What happens if my item is damaged?

All items are fully insured during the rental period. We cover all minor damages, repairs, and professional cleaning, so you don’t need to worry about everyday wear.

In the rare case of significant damage or loss (where the item can no longer be used), the renter is responsible for covering the resale value of the piece.

✨ Good to know: Serious damage is extremely rare (only in less than 0.5% of rentals).

Yes! We’re always looking for high-quality designer pieces to add to our curated collection. If your item is in excellent condition and from a designer label, you can choose to sell or lend it through Wearr through our fully managed service.

What brands and items do you accept?

We’re interested in luxury and contemporary pieces that reflect exceptional design, craftsmanship, and style from chic occasionwear and statement pieces to timeless wardrobe staples that elevate any look.

All items must be in excellent condition and come from recent collections (within the last three seasons) to ensure relevance and quality.

The items should meet the following:

  • Retail value: €300–€2,500 for clothing, up to €1000 for bags.
  • Condition: Less than 3 years old and in great shape — no stains, damage, or heavy wear.
  • Ethical: We do not accept real fur or items that conflict with our commitment to conscious, ethical fashion.
  • Not one-of-a-kind: We love distinctive fashion, but cannot list one-of-a-kind couture pieces or items that cannot be authenticated or valued appropriately.

Wearr reserves the right to accept or decline listings that don’t meet these guidelines.
