How far in advance should I book a rental? 

We recommend booking at least 4–5 days in advance, especially for events.

Need something last-minute? We offer express shipping within Germany and same-day pickup in Munich — just email us at hello@wearr.com.
How do I receive my rental?

We partner with DHL to ensure fast, secure delivery across Europe. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order is dispatched.

In-person pick-ups are also possible for Munich. Contact us at hello@wearr.com.

What if the item doesn’t fit?

No worries! Let us know within 24 hours of delivery and return the item unworn.
You’ll receive:

  • €15 in store credit
  • A refund of the remaining amount to your original payment method
