We offer a curated selection of top designer brands as well as up and coming local designers that cater to various styles and preferences. Our collection includes luxury labels such as Gucci, Celine, LV, YSL and more, as well as premium designer brands such as Self-Portrait, Sandro, Farm Rio and many more. We continuously update our inventory to include the latest trends and seasonal pieces from both established designers and emerging talents. Stay tuned for new additions and exclusive collaborations!
How long can I rent an item for?
You can rent items for 4, 8 and 15 days. You can choose your preferred rental period while adding an item to your cart. If you need an item for a longer period, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer a wide range of sizes to ensure everyone can find something they love. Size availability may vary by item.
How are the items cleaned?
For our managed inventory, we professionally clean and sanitise all items using eco-friendly methods after each rental to ensure they are fresh and ready for the next customer. For dry cleaning we use:
- Liquid CO2 Cleaning: Uses pressurised carbon dioxide, which is recycled within the system. It’s non-toxic, doesn’t produce harmful waste, and uses minimal energy.
- Silicone-Based Solvent (GreenEarth): This method uses a silicone-based solvent (D5) that breaks down into sand, water, and carbon dioxide after use. It’s safer for both people and the environment.
For wet cleaning we use:
- Biodegradable Detergents: Safe for the environment and fabric-friendly.
- Controlled Washing: Machines adjust the cycle to ensure fabrics aren’t damaged.
- Gentle Drying and Pressing: Air drying or low-heat drying followed by gentle pressing to preserve garment shape and quality.

Can I buy the items I rent?
Yes, if you fall in love with an item and want to keep it, you can purchase it at a special price. The purchase price will vary depending on the retail price of the item and the number of times the item has been rented out. Contact us to request a purchase.
What if I am not sure about my size?
No worries! We provide detailed size guides for each item to help you choose the best fit. If you're still unsure, our team is happy to offer personalized advice via our Contact Form.
If you’d like to try two sizes, you can order both and simply return the one you don’t use for a full refund.
Shipping & Return
How do I receive my item?
We partner with DHL to ensure fast and secure shipping. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all countries within the European Union (EU).
What is your shipping lead time?
Shipping lead times:
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.
We recommend placing your rental order with at least 7 days of lead time before your event to ensure the item arrives on time.
How can I return my rental?
Returning is easy! Use the prepaid shipping label included in your package and drop it off at any DHL shop. Make sure to return it within 24 hours after your rental ends to avoid late fees.
What happens if I return the item late?
Orders must be returned within one day after the rental period ends.
We understand that there might be issues out of your control for which you may fail to do so. If that’s the case, please write to us at hello@wearr.com explaining your situation and requesting an extension.
Failing to do so will result in a daily charge equivalent to the pro-rata rental fee.
Cancellation & Refund
Can I cancel my rental order?
Yes, you can cancel your order up to 72 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund. If you cancel after this period, a cancellation fee may apply.
What if the item does not fit or I don't like it?
No problem! Let our team know within 24 hours after receiving the package via our Contact Form. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, you’ll receive a full refund in a combination of money and store credit.
The rental fee will be fully refunded to your original payment method and a small dry cleaning fee (€10-15, depending on the item) will be refunded as store credit for your next rental.
Damage & Safety
What if I accidentally stain or damage the item?
We understand that accidents happen!
Minor damages are covered in your rental fee. However, if an item sustains significant damage, you will be responsible for purchasing it. The purchase price will be the item's listed price on our website, minus the rental fee you already paid.
What counts as significant damage?
Significant damage includes anything that makes the item unwearable or significantly alters its appearance, such as:
- Large stains that cannot be removed
- Tears, rips, or burns
- Any damage that cannot be easily repaired or cleaned
Minor wear and tear, such as small snags or loose threads, are not considered significant and are fully covered under our rental policy.
What if I lose the rented item?
If an item is lost or stolen, you may be responsible for paying the "Buy Now" price minus the rental fee you already paid. Please contact us immediately if this happens.
