What brands do you offer?
We offer a curated selection of top designer brands as well as up and coming local designers that cater to various styles and preferences. Our collection includes luxury labels such as Gucci, Celine, LV, YSL and more, as well as premium designer brands such as Self-Portrait, Sandro, Farm Rio and many more. We continuously update our inventory to include the latest trends and seasonal pieces from both established designers and emerging talents. Stay tuned for new additions and exclusive collaborations!
What sizes do you offer?
We offer a wide range of sizes to ensure everyone can find something they love. Size availability may vary by item.
How long can I rent the clothes?
You can rent items for 4, 8 and 15 days. You can choose your preferred rental period while adding an item to your cart. At the end of your rental, if you would like to purchase the item, please contact us.
What if an item doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?
If an item doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 24 hours of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided it is unworn and in original condition.
What is the shipping lead time?
The shipping lead time for an order varies from 2-7 days depending on the shipping location. For time-sensitive occasions, we recommend booking the rental at least 7 days in advance to ensure on time delivery.
How are the clothes cleaned?
We professionally clean and sanitise all items using eco-friendly methods after each rental to ensure they are fresh and ready for the next customer. For dry cleaning we use:
- Liquid CO2 Cleaning: Uses pressurised carbon dioxide, which is recycled within the system. It’s non-toxic, doesn’t produce harmful waste, and uses minimal energy.
- Silicone-Based Solvent (GreenEarth): This method uses a silicone-based solvent (D5) that breaks down into sand, water, and carbon dioxide after use. It’s safer for both people and the environment.
For wet cleaning we use:
- Biodegradable Detergents: Safe for the environment and fabric-friendly.
- Controlled Washing: Machines adjust the cycle to ensure fabrics aren’t damaged.
- Gentle Drying and Pressing: Air drying or low-heat drying followed by gentle pressing to preserve garment shape and quality.
What happens if I accidentally damage an item?
We understand that accidents happen. Minor damages are covered in your rental fee. For significant damages, you will be responsible for purchasing the item. The purchase price will be the item's listed price on our website, minus the rental fee you already paid. Significant damage refers to any harm that renders the dress unwearable or significantly alters its appearance. Examples include large stains, tears, burns, or any other damage that cannot be easily repaired or cleaned. Minor wear and tear, such as small snags or loose threads, are not considered significant and are covered under our rental policy.
How do I return the rented items?
Returning items is easy. Use the prepaid DHL shipping label provided with your order, pack the items in the original packaging, and drop them off at the nearest DHL parcel shop.
Can I buy the items I rent?
Yes, if you fall in love with an item and want to keep it, you can purchase it at a special price. The purchase price will vary depending on the retail price of the item and the number of times the item has been rented out. Contact us to request a purchase.
Is there a penalty in case I’m unable to return my order after the rental period?
We expect you to return your order within a day after your rental period ends. We understand that there might be issues out of your control for which you may fail to do so. If that’s the case, please write to us at hello@wearr.com explaining your situation and requesting an extension. Failing to do so will result in a daily charge equivalent to the pro-rata rental fee.
For Lenders
What types of items can I lend?
We accept high-end designer clothing, bags, and accessories in new or new-like condition. Items must be authentic and free from any damage.
How do I submit my items?
After signing up with the lender registration form (link), you’ll receive instructions on how to submit your items, including taking photos and providing descriptions.
How do I ship my items to you?
Once your items are approved, you will receive pre-paid DHL shipping labels over email that you can use to send us your items.
What happens if my item gets damaged?
We provide insurance coverage for all items during the rental period. In case of significant damage, we will work with you to ensure fair compensation.
How and when do I get paid?
You’ll receive your earnings via bank transfer or PayPal at the end of each month, reflecting 50% of the rental profits from your items.
Can I retrieve my items whenever I want?
Yes, you can request the return of your items at any time. Just let us know by sending an email to hello@wearr.com, and we’ll arrange for them to be shipped back to you at no cost.
Shipping, Return & Rental Policy
Here is all you need to know about Wearr's rental, shipping and cancellation policies. All you need to know, in one place.
What is the rental policy?
At Wearr, we offer flexible rental options to suit your needs, whether it's for a special event or an extended occasion. Choose from 4-day, 8-day, or 15-day rental periods, and enjoy designer fashion at your convenience.
Rental periods:
- 4-Day Rental: Ideal for short events or weekend wear.
- 8-Day Rental: Perfect for week-long occasions or trips.
- 15-Day Rental: For extended use, travel, or multiple events.
Return policy after rental period:
To ensure the smooth flow of our rental process, we ask that all items be returned within one day after the end of your rental period. This allows us to properly clean and prepare garments for the next user.
- Example: If your rental period ends on a Friday, the item should be returned by Saturday.
Late returns:
If your order is not returned by the day after your rental period ends, you will be charged a pro-rata rental fee for each additional day. The extra charges will be based on the daily rental rate of the item.
Extension of rental period:
If for any reason you are unable to return your rental on time, or you need to extend your rental period, please contact us immediately at hello@wearr.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request and avoid additional charges.
What is the shipping policy?
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU).
- Standard Shipping: Shipping within the EU is free for all rental orders.
- Express Shipping: If you need your rental faster, express shipping is available for an additional fee. Please send us an email to hello@wearr.com to request express shipping with the link of your desired item(s) mentioning the desired size(s). We'll calculate the express shipping cost for you.
Delivery time
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.
We recommend placing your rental order with at least 7 days of lead time before your event to ensure the item arrives on time.
Tracking your order
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping returns
Returning your rented items is easy! A pre-paid return label is included with your package. Simply repackage the item and drop it off at the designated courier location by the end of your rental period.
Important notes
- Orders must be returned within one day after the rental period ends.
- Late returns will be subject to a pro-rata rental fee for each additional day.

What is the cancellation policy?
At Wearr, we know that plans can change, and you may not end up using your rented item. To make things easier for you, we offer a flexible cancellation policy for rentals that haven’t been worn or used.
Conditions for rental cancellations
If you receive your rental and decide not to use it, you may cancel your rental under the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, with all tags intact.
- The return request must be made via email within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Items should be returned in the original packaging to ensure they remain in perfect condition.
How to cancel your rental for an unused item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@wearr.com within 24 hours of receiving your order to notify us of the cancellation.
- Ship the Item Back: Once your cancellation request is confirmed, please ship the item back to us using the pre-paid return label provided with your rental package.
- Inspection: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it is unworn and in its original condition.
Refund policy:
- If the item meets the cancellation conditions, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
Important note:
If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing tags, it will not qualify for a full refund, and the rental fee will apply.
